  • Toasted sourdough … *check*
  • Roasted tomatoes … *check*
  • Roasted turkey (perfect for post-Thanksgiving leftovers… start planning nowwww hehe) … *check*
  • An ultra-rich, cheesy Mornay sauce … *check*
  • Crispy bacon … *check*

I based mine on this version from Food & Wine and Bobby Flay — I roasted cherry tomatoes in place of the slices used in the original!
