blackberry scones

This recipe from Inspired Taste couldn’t be easier or more delicious.

Tip, freeze your blackberries a bit prior to bringing this dough together. It’ll help keeping them from breaking down as much during the mixing process!

I’ve also quickly mixed together a glaze from lemon juice, confectioners sugar and berries … and it adds a fresh, sweet & sour pucker to these beauties!
